How Did You Hear About Us?

I agree to be responsible for the set while in my possession, if any part of the set is damaged (outside the weather), or stolen I understand I will be billed immediately and expected to pay within one business day. I will be billed the current market price of replacement of each missing piece. ***NOTE: If your lawn service mows the grass and sprays grass on the signs, I agree to pay a cleaning fee of $50.***

I understand the the sign is not to be moved or removed for any reason. I understand that if the sign is moved or removed there will be a fee if the sign is damaged.

I agree to water my lawn the day of install, if not watered I understand that it’s possible that the sign will not be installed and I will not be refunded, hard ground damages the signs and increases the install time, Please remember to water! In the event of a dry season we may ask for you to leave a hose in the yard for our crew to loosen up the soil.

What day of the week does your lawn service normally service your lawn?

REFUNDS 1. If you must cancel your booking, please do so within 14 days of the date of the event. If not, you can choose to receive a refund of 1/2 up to one week prior to your booking. No refunds after that time frame . 2. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up the lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, tornadoes, heavy rain, high winds (more than 20MPH), winter weather and any other Act of God that would put our workers or our lawn display in harm's way. An alternative date will be offered, or a full refund given for bad weather. 3. No refunds will be given due to the client giving the wrong address. 4. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community. 5. No refund will be given for dogs in the yard which pose a threat to our workers or signs. 6. No refunds will be given if the yard is in unacceptable condition, this includes dog excrement, or unwatered lawns that prevent us from easily staking the area. 7. No refunds will be given if the recipient asks to have it removed early.

Invoices will be sent once the booking is recieved. Full Payment is due with the booking. If payment is not made immediately, reservation is forfeited.

**We accept payment through Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, Affirm, Venmo & Paypal charge a fee of 4% which will be added to the invoice upon billing
